When exactly am I charged?
When you pick a plan after your first three ideas — then on the same date each month or each year. We email you a week before every yearly renewal with the amount and date.
How do I cancel?
In your account, under Settings — one click. No chat, no retention offer, no phone call. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Everyone you've added stays in your account, ready for when you come back — reminders and new ideas just pause until you do.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 14 days of a charge, no questions asked. Write to support and we process it the same working day.
