What You're Buying
Pocket Elf subscription (monthly or yearly): unlimited Recipients, reminders up to four weeks ahead, personalized gift suggestions, budget filters, saved shortlists, and shared lists.
Your First Ideas
There is no free plan and no free trial. After you complete onboarding for one Recipient, you receive three gift suggestions for one upcoming occasion at no charge, with no payment details required. To continue after that, you choose a monthly ($0.99) or yearly ($9.99) subscription.
Billing and Auto-Renewal
Payment is processed by our payment provider, [PAYMENT PROVIDER], not by us — we never receive your card details. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before it renews. Before you confirm a purchase, and again in every renewal reminder, you will see: the exact price, the billing frequency, and the next renewal date. By subscribing, you affirmatively acknowledge and agree to these automatic-renewal terms.
Price Changes
We will not increase the price of an active subscription without notifying you at least 30 days in advance. If you do not accept a price change, cancel before the next renewal and you will not be charged the new price.
Cancelling
You cancel directly in your Pocket Elf account: Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You can also use the link in any receipt or renewal reminder email.
There is no retention flow, no required phone call, and no chat gate before you can cancel — cancellation is available at any time, as easily as subscribing was. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for; nothing is prorated.
Refunds
Within 14 days of a charge, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Write to support@pocket-elf.com or use Settings → Subscription → Request a refund, and we process it the same working day. The money returns to your original payment method through [PAYMENT PROVIDER].
If anything about a charge looks wrong, write to us at support@pocket-elf.com and a person will sort it out.
What Happens After Cancelling
Nothing is deleted when a subscription ends. Every Recipient you've added stays in your account; reminders and new suggestions pause until you resubscribe.
Your Acknowledgment
By subscribing, you confirm that you understand: this is a recurring subscription that will automatically renew until cancelled; the price and billing frequency shown to you before purchase; and how to cancel, as described in Section 5.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under consumer protection law in your state, including state automatic-renewal laws, which may give you additional rights beyond what's described here.
